Terms of Service
1. The service
Ship It With AI provides online course content, starter repositories, community access and — for mentorship students — 1:1 calls and asynchronous review. What you can reach depends on the products you own. Access is personal and non-transferable.
2. Purchases and products
Each course is an independent product; buying one grants that one. Prices are shown in the currency you are charged in, with no conversion at checkout, and charged in full at purchase — there are no installments. Payment is processed by Stripe; taxes may apply at checkout depending on your country. Promotional prices apply only inside their stated window.
3. Upgrades
You can move up to a product you don't own by paying the difference between its price and everything you have already paid in that same currency; a purchase made in a different currency does not count as credit. Upgrades never revoke what you already own, and there are no downgrades or lateral swaps.
4. Mentorship
Mentorship is sold by application, in a limited number of seats per quarter. An application is not a purchase and does not reserve a seat. It runs for a fixed term, is renewable, and includes a stated number of 1:1 calls, asynchronous review of a stated number of pull requests per month, and a direct channel answered within 48 business hours. It is not a real-time support channel and is never unlimited access.
5. Code license
Starter repositories, solution branches and templates are delivered as source code for your own work. You may adapt and deploy them, including for clients; you may not resell or redistribute them as templates or courses.
6. No income or employment guarantee
We teach a skill and a process. We do not and cannot guarantee income, clients, employment or results. Any figures shown are individual results submitted by students with their consent.
7. Conduct
Community access can be revoked for harassment, spam or sharing paid content. Revocation for conduct does not entitle a refund outside the guarantee terms.
8. Refunds
Course and bundle purchases can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, no conditions. Mentorship can be refunded in full before the first 1:1 call; calls already delivered are not refundable. The full policy lives at refunds.
9. Intellectual property
Course content — lessons, exercises, prompts and materials — remains ours. Your license is personal: read it, learn from it, build your own work with it. You may not republish course content, share your account or resell access.
10. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost clients.
11. Content updates
Courses are reviewed on a quarterly cadence and updates are included in what you paid. Lessons carry a verified-on date and each product has a public changelog. Where a third-party API changes in a way that breaks a lesson, the fix ships in the review; we do not guarantee a specific version of any third-party tool will remain available.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced by email before they take effect; continued use after that means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
